Based out of Charlotte North Carolina, we have offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Norfolk; we have many years experience in servicing our customers needs, and are focusing on continued expansion in the future.
A fully owned subsidiary of Isewan Terminal Service, ISEWAN U.S.A. INC. is based out of Charlotte NC. With our IT section we aim not only to lower costs for our customers but also tie in information from vendors, customers and ISEWAN U.S.A. INC. We are currently implementing an information system that covers every Isewan U.S.A. office, offering reliable and timely cargo information and tracking updates.
As business and industry is quickly changing, our IT section is evolving to be flexible in order to answer our customer’s requirements. Over the years we have increased our customer base, handling oversize machinery manufacturers, precision machinery manufacturers and all kinds of general cargo.
Our Charlotte office provides service as the logistics section for a major machinery manufacturer in Charlotte as well as being the operational and IT center for all our east coast offices.
Our Chicago office controls the Midwest region, handling air cargo as well as rail cargo from the coasts. We offer speedy, reliable service through our centrally located facility in Chicago.
Our Los Angeles office is located between LAX airport and the world biggest ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach. We are the West Coast gateway to inland destinations, and offer safe, speedy, reliable service.
Our Atlanta office covers import/export through Savannah, Jacksonville, Charleston and the hub airport of Atlanta, arranging customs clearance, storage and delivery for cargo passing through these ports.
Our Norfolk office is the home of Isewan USA’s in-house container dray operations. We make daily container deliveries from the Ports of Norfolk and Newport News, providing our customers with dependable and professional service.
