Isewan Terminal Service Co., Ltd., Marine Transport Business Division, is committed to providing container operation services that meet our customers’ expectations while ensuring proper and reliable handling, and maintaining a strong awareness of safety, quality, delivery times, and costs. In addition to meeting customer requirements, we will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and social norms. Furthermore, we will implement continuous improvements to maintain the effectiveness of our quality management system. Furthermore, we will establish quality targets in alignment with our quality policy and provide a framework for review.
