Business Sales Section(1) focuses on handling shipments of foods and feedstuff which are imported through large trading houses. With door to door service for dairy-farm products with our joint ventures in Yingkou Gangtie International Transportation Co.,Ltd. and Tianjin Beifang Wuyang International Transportation Co.,Ltd, , we transport to all major Japanese ports. Basing operations out of our Tomeiko Service Site, we supply compound fertilizer manufactures with sea and land transport. Using  the mineral pulverizing and packaging equipment in our Toyohashi Branch facility we are coordinating the processing and transport of mineral materials, bringing 120,000 tons of material to domestic paper manufactures, land projects, and casting parts manufactures a year.

In Business Sales Section(2), we deal with coal, metal alloys, nonferrous metals, import of general cargo and export of scrap steel, vessel discharging, handling from wharf, warehousing, container drayage, import/export customs clearance as well as necessary trade licenses and permits. Also, with our material recycling section, we not only cover the transport needs of our customers but the proper disposal and/or handling of their industrial waste as well. We’ve built waste disposal centers in Nagoya and Toyohashi with a goal of recycling industrial waste through material recycling and auxiliary fuel recycling at a cement factory we have partnered with. In April of 2005 we opened a new recycling facility in Tianjin , China. At this facility we are using technology from Japan to help Japan-China environmental protection with goals set on:

1. Manufacturing with recycled plastics.
2. Recycle of raw materials.
3. Recycle of domestic Chinese waste.
4. Establishing new distribution systems.

The Customs Brokerage Section specializes in Custom’s entry and documentation is online with NACCS (Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System). When inspections are carried out on import goods by Customs officers, our people also attend the inspection at the designated site. With our in-house computer system that can search by commodity, we can offer shorter lead times for customs clearance based on our experience and results.

A new addition to Isewan, the China Team started in April of 2007.
The China Team is the central contact point for all our China operations, including our subsidiary in Hong Kong. An information center as well as a problem solver, the China Team advises our China offices on operational matters and offers support to Isewan staff stationed overseas. The China Team also fields questions and sales leads from Isewan sales divisions inside Japan and directs them to the proper overseas offices.
Chinese government and society are changing at a startling pace, and our China Team also focuses on keeping abreast of new laws and regulations. Through seminars, industry publications and other information resources, this team specializes in providing accurate, up to the minute information on China.
