General Administration Department has to handle areas of the company as diverse as legal issues to everyday use office supply items. Through thorough understanding of each section and its environment, the General Administration Department devotes itself to supporting each section’ s needs and activities.
The General Administration Department is made up of the Secretarial Section, the Personnel Planning Section, the General Administration Section and the Computer Section.
The Secretarial Section deals with the director’s schedules and making sure that all company paperwork and documentation is kept in order. The Personnel Planning Section is in charge in-house training for new employees and continuing training for all our employees as well as intercompany transfers. The General Administration Section oversees facility, land, and equipment management as well as company insurance, advertising, payroll and stockholder meetings and financial reports. The Computer Section handles the purchase and upkeep of computers, servers and other equipment as well as in house application creation.
