Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture is the home of many tourist attractions, such as Suwa Lake, Kirigamine Kogen, Suwa Shrine, as well as many natural hot springs. Suwa also has a busy industrial history, famous for manufacturing sake, cameras and watches.

Our Shin-etsu facility is located in the technology section of Nagano; we established this office in October of 1967. We obtained a license for our bonded customs warehouse from Nagoya – Nagano Customs after that, and in October of 1972 we moved to the Shimosuwa-cho facility. Six years later we opened our own dedicated facility in Suwa City in April of 1978.

Nagoya – Suwa Customs was established in 1991.We have been operating under the slogan of “Stick to the Region”, coordinating with the head office and our facilities in eastern and western Japan to provide for precise, reliable customs clearance and service.
