Our Nagoya Operation Center is made up of Labor Operation Section, Safety Section and Labor Administration Section.
The Labor Operation Section is in charge of a staff of over 300 people who conduct vessel stevedoring, pier longshore work and warehousing. We also coordinate equipment planning, maintenance and operation and other financial matters relating to labor.

As a member of the Chuo Safety Commission, our Safety Section takes very seriously its goals of insuring safety is kept to the highest standards and decrease the number of accidents while working around a variety of sites and working conditions. We also oversee the health care for all employees, doing our best to make a cheerful and safe workplace.

The Labor Administration Section coordinates human resource issues for our over 300 dock and warehouse workers, including working hours, vacation time, salary and insurance benefits among others. We are especially working hard on developing welfare benefits and facilities for our employees.
